I asked for a blood test appointment earlier in the week and was given one today - which I'm now attending. I've always found staff here helpful and attentive. They listen and discuss. I feel happy and trust my practise staff.

Polite receptionist today but this is not always the case, often ask for symptoms, they are not medically trained and should not ask for details and often try and get you into an argument. The Drs and nurses are very thorough but that is if you can get to see one of them.
